Interim Management (IM – interim management) refers to a short-term engagement of professionals / managers to conduct business over a certain period. In times when companies:
• Build or change the organizational structure
• Need substitutes for the sudden departure of manager
• Going through certain crises
It is a flexible solution that is interesting in the current economic situation, when many companies undergoing process of restructuring of all areas of the business.
